  • High-Power Rapid Heating: Equipped with a high-wattage heater cartridge capable of heating from room temperature up to 300°C in under 50 seconds.
  • Bi-Metallic Thermal Break: Utilizes a titanium alloy / copper throat tube to minimize heat creep into the sink while ensuring maximum heat transfer within the melt chamber.
  • High-Flow Extrusion Geometry: Features an extended melt zone engineered specifically for the high volumetric flow rates required for 600 mm/s print speeds and fast multi-color purging.
  • Pre-Assembled Quick Replacement: Comes as an integrated unit (block, throat tube, heater, thermistor, and silicone sock) for direct drop-in replacement without needing to wire individual bare sensors.

Technical Specifications

  • Compatible Models: Anycubic Kobra 3 / Kobra 3 Combo / Kobra 3 Max

  • Overall Assembly Length: ~65 mm - 70 mm (including throat tube & nozzle interface)
  • Lead Wire Length: ~70 mm - 80 mm (with quick-connect JST plugs)
  • Materials: Plated copper / aluminum heater block, titanium/copper bi-metal throat, high-temp silicone sock.

Maintenance & Care Tips

  • Perform PID Tuning After Installation: Always run a PID Calibration from the printer's utility menu after installing a new assembly to stabilize temperature readings and prevent temperature thermal runaways.
  • Never Tighten Cold: If changing or swapping nozzles on the heating block, ensure the assembly is pre-heated to at least 240°C to prevent thread damage or filament leakage between the nozzle base and heat break.
  • Always Keep the Silicone Sock Installed: The insulating silicone cover prevents cooling fan airflow from dropping the block temperature during high-speed printing.
