    Recommended Printing Parameters

    • Recommended Print Speed: 30 – 100 mm/s (Maximum volumetric speed scaled for high-viscosity composites)
    • Hardware Requirement: Hardened steel nozzle required (0.4 mm diameter). Carbon fibers will rapidly erode standard brass nozzles.

    Hardware & Storage Requirements

    • Intelligent RFID Integration: Includes a built-in RFID chip compatible with Anycubic multicolor systems (ACE Pro / ACE 2 Pro) for automated profile setup and tracking.
    • Extreme Drying Prerequisite: Nylon (PA6) is highly hygroscopic. The filament must be thoroughly dried at 80°C – 90°C for 8–12 hours prior to printing and should be fed directly from an active drying module or sealed dry box to prevent severe stringing, popping, and mechanical degradation.
