  • ANYCUBIC PET-CF Filament is an advanced technical composite material formulated by reinforcing Polyethylene Terephthalate with high-rigidity chopped carbon fibers. Engineered for demanding structural applications, functional prototypes, and outdoor mechanical components, it delivers exceptional dimensional stability, high chemical and moisture resistance, low warping, and superior heat deflection performance compared to standard PETG or PLA.
  • Ultra-Low Moisture Absorption: Engineered for instant, reliable printing without bubbling or stringing. Unlike traditional nylon filaments that require hours of pre-drying, Anycubic PET-CF Filament features an ultra-low moisture absorption rate. Just unbox and start printing right away—no long drying cycles needed.
  • 190°C High-Temperature-Resist: With a superior Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 190°C, Anycubic PET-CF 3D Printer Filament ensures your parts maintain excellent structural integrity even in high-temperature environments. It is the perfect choice for applications such as automotive accessories, electronic enclosures, and functional prototypes.
  • Improved Rigidity Against Deformation: Carbon-fiber reinforced for maximum rigidity. Anycubic PET-CF 3D Filament is engineered to outperform traditional ABS, offering extreme resistance to bending and flexing. Even under continuous pressure and high-load environments, your prints will maintain absolute structural integrity-making it the ideal choice for rugged, functional parts.
  • Less Prone to Warping for Large Prints: Reinforced with 10% carbon fiber, this filament naturally resists internal stress to virtually eliminate warping. Delivering massive, reliable prints even on bed slingers.
  • Premium Matte Finish: Parts printed with Anycubic PET-CF feature a natural matte finish and a distinct carbon fiber texture. Achieve a premium aesthetic straight off the build plate-no extensive post-processing required.
  • Preparations: Dry PET-CF beforehand for better printing effects. Drying suggestions: 80°C convection dryer for 8-12 hours, or 90-100°C printer hot bed for about 12 hours (flip the spool halfway). Do not heat over 100°C, or the spool will warp and get damaged. This filament is incompatible with ACE Pro / ACE 2 Pro multi-color systems; it may snap inside the machine and ruin prints.
  • Post-print annealing: Bake finished parts in a convection oven at 80-100°C for 6-12 hours to greatly boost strength and rigidity. Note annealing outcomes differ based on part shape, size and heating settings, and warping might occur on some models.

Measurements

  • Item Net Filament Weight: 0.5 kg (500 g)
  • Filament Diameter: 1.75 mm (0.03mm tolerance)

Recommended Printing Parameters

  • Printing Temperature: 260°C - 290°C
  • Heated Bed Temperature: 70°C - 90°C
  • Chamber Temperature: Recommended 40°C - 60°C (Enclosed chamber preferred to maximize layer adhesion and eliminate thermal draft stress)
  • Recommended Print Speed: 40 -120 mm/s (Adjusted for high-viscosity melt behavior)
  • Hardware Requirement: Hardened steel or ruby-tipped nozzle required ( 0.4 mm aperture). The abrasive carbon fiber content will quickly wear out standard brass nozzles.
  • Color: Matte Carbon Black

Hardware & Storage Requirements

  • Intelligent RFID Integration: Includes a built-in RFID chip compatible with Anycubic multicolor systems (such as the ACE Pro / ACE 2 Pro) to automatically synchronize temperatures, flow dynamics, and material tracking.
  • Pre-Print Drying Prerequisite: PET-CF absorbs atmospheric moisture over time, which can lead to stringing, surface degradation, and reduced tensile strength. Dry at 70°C - 80°C for 6 - 8 hours prior to heavy print jobs, and feed directly from a heated dry box during operation.
