Maintenance & Care Tips

Inspect Drive Gear Teeth Periodically: Filament dust or plastic shavings can build up between the dual gear teeth over time. Clean the gear teeth using a small wire brush or compressed air to prevent feeding slippage.
Set Correct Idler Tension: Avoid over-tightening the tension screw on soft materials like TPU to prevent deforming the filament into an oval shape, which causes clogs inside the lower PTFE throat tube.
Verify Cutter Blade Alignment: After mounting a replacement S010349 assembly, manually actuate the cutter lever to confirm the internal spring returns the blade fully so it doesn't obstruct incoming filament.
